My retiring notice.

Yes, it's happening alright. I'm retiring from my Royal Guard status.
But hey, it's been well over a year, and I've learned a lot from you guys in my time as a part of the Royal Guard.
('Course, this doesn't mean I'm leaving or anything. :3)
I guess I'm retiring because I feel that there are others more capable than me in the job, like CurtainFire, or Splat, or Logical Fallacy, whom I still call Nintendo.
'Course, I'll still be here. Maybe I'll come around once a week or something, just because this place needs to get rid of some of the cobwebs. This time, though, I won't be able to see most of the clubs at the bottom of the page. ;)
So, thanks for your understanding.

"A regular Friday audience, 90 percent feminine and 100 percent well-bred, sat stoically yesterday through thirty minutes of the most cacophonous world premiere ever heard here - the first performance anywhere of a new Violin Concerto by Arnold Schoenberg. Yesterday's piece combines the best sound effects of a hen yard at feeding time, a brisk morning in Chinatown and practice hour at a busy music conservatory. The effect on the vast majority of hearers is that of a lecture on the fourth dimension delivered in Chinese." -An anonymous Philadelphia Record reviewer, on Schoenberg's Op. 36 Violin Concerto.

Aww, you're too kind...*blush*
Anyway, perhaps SFC could make a "Retired Staff" group for awesome people like you. That way, you can still view the clubs, and your awesomeness of reaching Royal Guard is not gone.
Also, you were the first mod, if I remember correctly, you deserve an honor like that.

Re: My retiring notice.

No worries; he'll still be an Alicorn and he would only be missing out on a few of the clubs. He'd still have access to four of them. I will give him a title in honor of his role though. You were my greatest guard, Axel. But I understand it's time to pass the role on.

I'm sorry to say it, but I'll be retiring Mokat too. She never comes around anymore, so she isn't really suited for the position anymore. It's time to start fresh.

I'll be posting the third Royal Guard election soon.
