Re: Forum Stats

Nice.
Mine's somewhere around the 7500 mark in just about everything.
It's still under construction, but that's because I need another admin, and at least a few non-spambot users.
It's an RPG. Don't be offended by the brony off-topic section, because that's going to prevent at least some flaming at first (Honestly back in october I was an anti-brony), because the rules are really easy to follow at this point. Main reason: They're too simple.

Re: Forum Stats

Omigosh guys, this is CRAZY.

In only 11 days, we got over 800 posts (mostly from the super-active TCOTNGOE RPG) and jumped up TWO pages! We are now on the 4th page, and we're past 1/3 of the way to reaching the front page. At this rate we'll reach it in about a year from now if we take into account how the rate of growth itself is steadily climbing.

We're the 115th biggest forum in terms of post count now.

I'm thinking I might rename "We've outgrown the Sausage Super Forums and are still growing. FAST." to "Forum Stats" and sticky it. What do you guys think? Good idea, or should I leave it as-is?

I wouldn't mind.

"A regular Friday audience, 90 percent feminine and 100 percent well-bred, sat stoically yesterday through thirty minutes of the most cacophonous world premiere ever heard here - the first performance anywhere of a new Violin Concerto by Arnold Schoenberg. Yesterday's piece combines the best sound effects of a hen yard at feeding time, a brisk morning in Chinatown and practice hour at a busy music conservatory. The effect on the vast majority of hearers is that of a lecture on the fourth dimension delivered in Chinese." -An anonymous Philadelphia Record reviewer, on Schoenberg's Op. 36 Violin Concerto.

"I am delighted to add another unplayable work to the repertoire." -Arnold Schoenberg, on his Op. 36 Violin Concerto.

Yeah; I think you'll agree with me here when I say it's better if we reach the front page legitimately by making senseful posts and expanding our community instead of utilizing a spam forum.

Also, this topic has been renamed and stickied. ;)

why is it better? i'm not saying the spamming is good, i'm just wondering why you think so
but if you do do it "legitimately", i don't think you'll ever catch up to the top (the new twilight saga forums)
