Doctor Who

Yeah I'm a Whovian. There's a lot of Whovians out there; It's one of the world's biggest fandoms (The bronies still rule over all though IMO :trollestia: ).

It's always very captivating, and they've always got just the right bit of humor.
I've seen mostly stuff from the Eleventh Doctor (He's the only one whose episodes are available on On Demand right now), and a tiny bit of the Tenth Doctor. I know David Tennant was very popular during his era. I think Matt Smith is pretty awesome too, so if the Tenth Doctor is really that much more amazing then I'll have to watch some of his episodes when I get the chance.

Anyway let's talk about doctors and stuffz.

Re: Doctor Who

The Doctor should wear a fez again. It was rude of River Song to just blast it off like that.

Re: Doctor Who

Doctor Who is now one of my favorite shows; I've only watched the first episode.

"A regular Friday audience, 90 percent feminine and 100 percent well-bred, sat stoically yesterday through thirty minutes of the most cacophonous world premiere ever heard here - the first performance anywhere of a new Violin Concerto by Arnold Schoenberg. Yesterday's piece combines the best sound effects of a hen yard at feeding time, a brisk morning in Chinatown and practice hour at a busy music conservatory. The effect on the vast majority of hearers is that of a lecture on the fourth dimension delivered in Chinese." -An anonymous Philadelphia Record reviewer, on Schoenberg's Op. 36 Violin Concerto.

"I am delighted to add another unplayable work to the repertoire." -Arnold Schoenberg, on his Op. 36 Violin Concerto.

Re: Doctor Who

Technically there's two first episodes; the one from the old series and the new series (even though they're both directly related to each other)

Oh. I'm really not sure which one I watched, but I probably watched the new one.

Re: Doctor Who

In person, Luna (the user) looks like a younger version of the Ninth Doctor.
I've heard that the Eighth and Ninth incarnations were pretty good too, but they didn't get enough screen time (especially Eight).

Are you kidding? One episode of incarnation nine is an entire hour with the commercials that used to show.

Re: Doctor Who

*Must keep this forum running, cause theres so much more to talk about! 8)* I'm not done yet, but I'm up to the 10th Doctor's first season! I must admit, the 9th Doctor did better than people give him credit for (Though the 10th will be forever better!) and I've watched a few stand-alone episodes of the 11th (Power Of Three (or The slow invasion of the cubes) and A Town Called Mercy) and I love them! My dad does too, but my sister and mom just laugh and say we're nerds (We are :scootaloo:). Mom spelt TARDIS wrong (she did it TARTIS XD) and how she remembers it now because of ReTARD :?. Well, at least I have my dad! :D

I finished The Shakespeare Code, Closing Time, The Marriage of River Song, and The Long Game. I had a lot of time on my hands (no pun intended).

Huh...got that right. He just did! (See the newest episode for details. Also, no spoilers. I haven't quite finished it yet.)

Personally I liked it, but think what you want.

The fez returned.

And today we shall see the 12th Doctor for the first time. I think Peter Capaldi is going to be fantastic.
