Title says it all. Music is highly subjective, so I expect someone to disagree with me on this list. Have your own choices that I left out? Share 'em. I'll be judging the music based on how awesome I think it is, how many times I can listen to it repeatedly, and how it fits for the enemies it plays for(which I will list).
10 - Etude For Ghosts
Enemies: Artsy Ghost, Ghost Shield
This theme is nice, but it's not something I would listen to outside of a battle. It's a remix of a Beethoven piece, if I'm correct. It also fits well for the Artsy Ghost(less so for Ghost Shield, though). I shudder to think of playing this on piano at my current piano level...

9 - Astonishing March/Toppling March
Enemies(Astonishing): Crag Lizard, Ghost Armor, Ghost Knight, Pigtunia, Minor Robot, Bro Team, Tender Loving Tree
Enemies(Toppling): Tree, Top Dogfish, Mecha-Turtle, Battery Man, Navy SQUEAL
This is a nice song, having powerful instrumentals. It fits for its respective enemies, which are usually big/clumsy enemies. With Toppling March, it's more for weird/awkward enemies. Toppling March is also pretty hard to combo. Personally, I find Astonishing March better.
8 - Back Beat Battle/Back Beat Battle - Hard
Enemies: Flying Mouse, Titany, Sara-Sara-Sahara, Gooey Goo, Grated Yammonster, Arachnid!!!, Titanian, Sticky Slug
Enemies(Hard): Arachnid!, Slimy Slug, Sky Titany
First off, I cannot combo either song at all.
Second, this song is an interesting case. I didn't care for it at first, but eventually it grew on me. The beat is interesting, and the instrumentals and key sound nice. It's a bit slow to get any higher on the list, though.
7 - Accelerondo/Stringent
Enemies(Accelerondo): Mobile Grave, Osohe Cape, Atomic Power Robot
Enemies(Stringent): Batangutan, Road Block, Cuddle Bomb
I like Accelerondo a lot, but Stringent is meh. Both of them fit their respective enemies, with them getting faster as they go on. They're not as tough once you realize the tempo increases every 4 beats.
6 - And El Mariachi/And Yet, El Mariachi
Enemies: Barrel Man, Cactus Wolf, Cattlesnake
Enemies(And Yet): Cleocatra, Carefree Jellyfish
There's a VERY slight difference between these to - And Yet has two added sections made up of three slower beats. Anyways, I may just like these themes cause I'm of Hispanic heritage(partly), but I still think they're nice to listen to. While I question the use of the theme for Cattlesnake, it fit for the other enemies. I like And Yet, El Mariachi more cause of the three beats. It just seems... right. To me, anyway.
5 - Audacious March/More Audacious March
Enemies: Pork Tank, Nice Poser, K-9000
Enemies(More): Pigmask Major, Tiny Forest(Unused)
The differences are small between these. But I like Audacious March more, cause it actually played for multiple enemies.
Either way, these, similar to Astonishing/Toppling March, both have powerful instrumentals and sound awesome. They especially fit for their respective enemies(Except the Nice Poser) and are just plain fun to listen to.
4 - Natural Killer Cyborg
Enemies: ... Guess.
Oh, dear, this theme... This is just awesome. It resembles Beat It, along with Z.Z.Top's Sharp Dressed Man. And to think this fits for a giant pig robot.
This is probably the most epic song you'll hear coming from a GBA's speakers. And guess what? We still have 3 more!
3 - Unfounded Revenge/Hustle For Pride
Enemies: Fierce Pork Trooper(both fights), Pigmask Colonel
Enemies(Hustle): Pigmask Captain, New Fassad, Miracle Fassad
This is the one entry where I'll use the simple way: JUST LISTEN TO THEM.
2 - Fight With Mecha-Drago
Enemies: Mecha-Drago, duh.
Ah, this boss... Mecha-Drago is easily my favorite first boss(Reconstructed Caribou? What's that?) in video games. This theme perfectly explains why without any words. It captures the tension and climax of the fight perfectly, and it's just amazing. Then again...
1 - Master Porky's Theme
Enemies: Obvious Porky Is Obvious
This theme is just AWESOME! I mean, just listen. First it starts off with amazing and powerful instrumentals, then descends into a quieter but still powerful tone as Porky taunts the party. It's also the longest battle theme before it loops. And it fits for Porky masterfully.
And guess what? It's not over.
There's still #0 to go.
0 - Battle Against The Masked Man
OK, I cheated a little. So what? I realized I wouldn't have room to fit it on the list after And El Mariachi, so I took the simpler way.
Anyway, this theme sends chills down my spine. This is, surprisingly, my favorite boss theme ever. Yes, even more than Philistine.
First of all, the piano is completely eerie, the guitar is awesome, and the instrumentals are chilling. It fits perfectly for fighting your deceased brother.
Too bad a theme like this wasn't created for the first fight with the Masked Man!
And yes, I just finished the whole countdown in one day. Problem?
